Review: Just Roommates by Charity Ferrell

Category : Reviews

Synopsis:
The first time I meet Maliki Bridges, I’m eighteen, and he kicks me out of his bar.
Two years later, he does it again.

He’s the town’s hottest bartender.
He thinks I’m a spoiled rich girl.
I think he has a stick up his ass.

Once I’m old enough to drink, we become friends.
Nothing more …

Until we become roommates.
It’s a bad idea, moving in with him, but any opportunity I get to be around him I’ll take.
Consequences be damned.

My Review:
Title: Just Roommates
Author: Charity Ferrell
Format: Ebook
Genre: Romance – Contemporary
Standalone: Yes
Part of a Series: Yes Book 5 of the Blue Beech series
POV: Sierra and Maliki
Steam Level: Slow Burn to sexy
4/5

I’ve read all the books in this series and really enjoyed returning to Blue Beech. We met Sierra and saw her family drama in Kyle’s story Just Neighbors. However, you don’t need to have read that story to fully enjoy Just Roommates. I love the humor and snappy dialogue in this story. I hope to see more in this series.

I received an advanced copy of this book. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Favorite Quote:
“Own me, Maliki”….”Jailbait, I’ve owned you since your were eighteen.”….”Prove it.”
