Review: Wild by Renee Rose and Vanessa Vale

Synopsis:
PACK RULE #2: ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR MATE
I protected my country.
Protected my platoon.
Now all I wanted to protect was her.
Too bad that wasn’t an option.
I couldn’t fall for the beautiful slip of a female.
The baby sister of my brother’s new mate.
She was way too young. Way too human.
Still in college. And too bright a force of nature.
She had her whole life ahead of her.
And I had the Green Berets begging me to reenlist.
My wolf… he wanted her.
But if I let her go without claiming her,
I might not survive the moon madness.

My Review:
Title: Wild
Author: Renee Rose and Vanessa Vale
Format: Ebook
Genre: Paranormal Romance, Shifter (Wolf), Military, Cowboy, Small Town
Standalone: Yes
Part of a Series: Book 2 in the Wolf Ranch series
POV: Marina and Colton
Steam Level: HOT
5/5

I am completely addicted to this series! I love the Wolf brothers and cannot wait to see Rob’s fall. I love Marina’s sass and Colton’s barely-contained control. Renee Rose and Vanessa Vale have created a sexy and fabulous world in the Wolf Ranch series and Wild was just as good as Rough (book 1). Once again, I devoured this book and want more.

Favorite Quotes:

  • Nature always won. Was always grander, bigger, stronger. It could always reduce my problems to insignificance.
  • It was as if an IED had gone off right in front of me. Ripping me open, destroying the man I had been and forcing my wolf to heal me into something new. Because he had, knowing she was my mate.
  • He was giving me everything I needed. Attention, devotion, ravenous affection, consideration. I had no idea I craved all of that, but now that I had it, I wasn’t going to go back to less.
