Blank Slate originally came out as a Kindle Serial. This is the complete story. It’s action-packed and suspenseful.
Special Agent Erik Langston has been tracking Clarissa O’Connell for nearly a year, always one step behind the cyber hacking thief. She’s escaped his clutches often and easily.
In the snow-covered switchbacks of the Colorado mountains in a worsening snowstorm, a car crash robs Clarissa of her memory and lands her as Erik’s prisoner.
Riding out the storm in a cabin, Erik is forced to protect someone he knows to be a criminal, though O’Connell isn’t anything like he’d imagined her to be.
In a race to stay one step ahead of those who’ll do anything for what she knows, Clarissa and Erik must dig into her locked memories if they’re going to survive. Can she trust his feelings even when he knows the truth?
Is it really possible to start over with a blank slate?
The Kathleen Turner Series is a love triangle from Kathleen’s POV. It’s the perfect Mix of suspense, humor and steam. It’s also one of my favorite series. I’ve read it multiple times and it keeps getting better with each read!
Being a bartender by night and law firm runner by day helps make ends meet for Kathleen Turner. Mostly. Being 23 and single in Indianapolis wasn’t exactly a thrilling adventure, but then again, that’s not what Kathleen wanted. At least, not until she met Blane Kirk.
Navy SEAL turned high-profile attorney, Blane is everything a woman could want. The only problem? He’s her boss.
Blane is known for playing the field and the last thing Kathleen needs or wants is to get involved with him. But when her friend is murdered and it seems Kathleen will be next, she may not have a choice.
Now Blane is the only thing standing between her and people who want her dead, including assassin-for-hire Kade Dennon. Beautiful but deadly, he’ll kill anyone who gets in his way, even the woman who makes him question everything he’s become.
The deeper she sinks into the web of lies and murder, the more Kathleen realizes she can trust no one if she’s going to survive. No one is innocent. Not even Blane.
Blane’s Turn: is No Turning Back from Blane’s POV with his history with Kade.
Blane Kirk is a Navy SEAL-turned-attorney with old money and an even older pedigree. High powered and aggressive, he plays the field, changing women as often as he changes his ties—but he’s had no complaints so far. He has only two rules: don’t date employees, and don’t get emotionally involved. These are rules he can easily live by…until his runner, an employee in his law firm named Kathleen Turner, does an unexpected face-plant into his lap.
Kathleen’s too young and innocent for Blane, and much too vulnerable. After her friend is murdered, Blane knows she could be next—and he knows that keeping her alive means keeping her close to him. Kathleen’s like no woman he’s ever met, and protecting her could be the one thing to change his life forever. He may be able to keep her safe from the killer…but can he keep her safe from himself?
Blane’s Turn is a companion novel to No Turning Back, Book One in The Kathleen Turner Series.
Revised edition: This edition of Blane’s Turn includes editorial revisions.
What Kathleen Turner doesn’t know just may kill her.
Her boyfriend, Navy SEAL turned high-powered attorney Blane Kirk, is keeping secrets from her – the deadly kind – and it may end their relationship before it’s even begun.
Someone in the shadows is stalking and terrorizing Kathleen, and Blane must lose a trial with far-reaching ramifications if he wants to keep her alive. Blane turns to assassin-for-hire Kade Dennon to keep Kathleen safe, a strategy that may backfire in more ways than one. Though Kade swears he hates her, he’s helpless to guard against things he’s never felt before and when they’re together, Kathleen sees something forbidden in his eyes.
Kathleen must find the truth behind the lies before her time, and luck, runs out, or she may pay the ultimate price for falling in love with Blane Kirk.
Kade’s Turn is Turn to Me in Kade’s POV with background on a secret he discloses to Kathleen in Turn to Me.
Assassin-for-hire Kade Dennon knows exactly who he is: a soulless killer who can’t be saved. And he thinks he’s fine with that…until he meets Kathleen. Beautiful, kind, and tough as nails, Kathleen Turner is nothing like the nameless one-night stands Kade usually goes for. Just being around her makes the hardened hit man feel emotions he never thought were possible. There’s just one problem: Kathleen is dating Kade’s brother, hotshot attorney Blane Kirk.
When a shadowy figure starts threatening Kathleen’s life and forces Blane to lose a high-stakes trial, Kade is thrown into the role of reluctant bodyguard for the most captivating woman he’s ever known. For a man who spends his life taking down murderers and psychopaths, this battle against his feelings might prove to be the fight of his life.
Kade’s Turn is a companion novel to Turn to Me, Book Two in The Kathleen Turner Series.
Revised edition: This edition of Kade’s Turn includes editorial revisions.
After her promotion from law firm Runner to Investigator, Kathleen Turner is learning the ropes of her new job from none other than assassin-for-hire Kade Dennon, a situation her boyfriend Blane Kirk is none too happy about. But the lessons with Kathleen take a back seat when Kade becomes a target. Previously untouchable, his enemies now know of the chink in his armor – his brother’s girlfriend.
And Kade’s not the only thing coming between Kathleen and Blane. From Blane’s inexplicable defense of a man guilty of a horrible crime, to a mysterious stranger from Kathleen’s past, to Kathleen’s risky investigation into human traffickers, the obstacles mount against a relationship that’s just begun to find trust again.
While Blane considers a job offer that would take him back to the front lines in the war on terror, Kathleen is determined to pursue her new career, with or without his approval. Unfortunately, her current case is far more dangerous than anyone knows. Someone close to Blane will go to extreme lengths to split them up, lengths that may prove worse than
Book 4: Out of Turn (My favorite of the series)
Breaking up is hard to do, as Kathleen Turner discovers. After a falling-out with her ex, high-powered attorney Blane Kirk, she’s moving on the best she can. Unfortunately, someone from her past is set on revenge and nothing short of killing Kathleen will stop them.
Keeping his brother’s ex-girlfriend alive isn’t something new to assassin-for-hire Kade Dennon, but this time can he protect her from himself? She’s a woman he can’t convince himself to walk away from, no matter what it costs him.
Regret is a constant companion for Blane as he realizes the truth behind the lies he’s been told. Can love heal the past, or can some mistakes not be undone?
Murder reunites Blane, Kade, and Kathleen as the police put Blane in their crosshairs. Blane may lose everything unless he and Kade can find the real murderer before it’s too late. But if they can’t set aside their love for the same woman and work together, it will tear them apart.
In Out of Turn, Kathleen is caught between two warring brothers, and the consequences may be fatal.
Turn the Tables is not on sale but it tells the story of how Blane and Kade got banned for life from the MGM Grand, something that Kade mentions in Out of Turn. It’s hilarious and I highly recommend it. It’s only $2.99.
Before there was Kathleen Turner, there was just two brothers: Blane and Kade.
A brotherly bonding weekend to Las Vegas turns into a morning after nightmare. A dead body in the bathtub, a midget out for revenge, and a goose on the loose are just a few of the things the brothers have to piece together from their missing memories of the night before. Hangovers are the least of their worries as they track down a plot to hack slot machines in Sin City, and never will they be more grateful that what happens in Vegas…stays in Vegas.
(A pre-Kathleen Turner Series novella.)
Kathleen Turner wasn’t expecting to fall in love when she came to Indianapolis a year ago, much less with two very different men. And not just any men: brothers.
Blane Kirk, former SEAL turned attorney, is every woman’s dream man. He’s also a playboy who changes women as often as he changes his tie, and trying to hold on to Blane could only break Kathleen’s heart.
Commitment is a foreign word to Kade Dennon, assassin-for-hire and genius hacker, and nothing about him is safe. A future with Kade would surely end in disaster—for both of them.
Past betrayals come to a head, and the choice Kathleen makes could sign her death warrant. Everything’s at stake as Blane, Kade, and Kathleen reach the Point of No Return.
The Tangled Ivy Trilogy is dark, gritty, and suspenseful. And has some great Kathleen Turner Easter Eggs.
Ivy Mason is hiding—from her past, from herself, and from anyone who could love her. The only kind of love she’s ever known hurts, leaving scars on her body and soul. Now, her world may be boring and predictable, but that’s exactly what she wants. Until Devon Clay walks into her life.
A lonely man in a deadly profession, Devon works as an agent for an underground British agency known only as the Shadow. Nothing about him is safe or ordinary. The danger that consumes his life turns into an addiction Ivy can’t resist…even if it proves fatal.
As Ivy’s past begins to catch up with her, she wonders if love really is the twisted thing she’s always thought it was. Maybe it could be more with this man, who’s shown her that she doesn’t need to protect herself from everyone. Is what she feels for Devon worth the risk? He may save her heart or break it, if she manages to stay alive.
Ivy Mason has it all: beauty, a plush apartment, a fancy car, and a debonair British spy boyfriend who pays all her bills. If only her boyfriend was in her life—and her bed—more than just sporadically.
Part of an underground British agency called the Shadow, Devon Clay knows that secrecy is what has kept him alive. Anyone he loves is a liability, and being involved with him puts the other person in grave danger. Yet Ivy is someone his heart can’t resist.
When an enemy from Devon’s past returns, the spy and his girlfriend are thrown headlong into an international conspiracy that puts everyone Ivy loves at risk. From the Missouri River bottoms to the brothels of Amsterdam, Ivy and Devon must outrun and outmaneuver the forces allied against them, and no one can be trusted.
Ivy Mason is no stranger to trouble—though so far she’s always managed to outrun or outsmart it. Now a nasty man-made virus and an FBI manhunt have her desperate for a cure and on the run for her freedom. Even her romance with British secret agent Devon Clay may have deadly consequences, placing her squarely in the crosshairs of a shadowy international assassin, Vega.
Devon is determined to take Vega out, but first he must make sure beautiful Ivy is out of danger. When she escapes FBI custody, the couple rekindles their passion and sets off on a pulse-pounding adventure across the United States and around the globe. En route, Ivy and Devon discover new truths about their nemeses—revelations that will test the limits of their love.
In this thrilling conclusion to the Tangled Ivy trilogy, Ivy Mason learns that the path to justice—and love—is more complicated and fraught with danger than she ever could have imagined.
The Corrupted Hearts Series is ranks right up next to Tiffany Snow’s Kathleen Turner Series as my favorite. Books 1 – 3 are on sale and Book 4 comes out on April 17th. Also a Love Triangle with some amazing KT Easter Eggs.
