Mr. Trouble

Mr. Trouble

Synopsis:
This is a standalone novel with a HEA!

Yeah, I’m trouble…so what? Women seem to like it. That and my big…bank account. Who am I kidding? They like what I can do with my tongue too.

I had a good thing going. Until my father threatened to cut me off if I didn’t settle down. So I picked the one woman he couldn’t object to.

Falling for her was never part of the plan.

My Review:
Genre: Romance – Fake relationship
Stand-Alone: Yes
Part of a Series: Yes – Book 2 of the London Billionaire series
POV: Kinley and Jerrod
Steam Level: Toasty
4/5

Mr. Trouble was a fast read that I whipped through very quickly. Jerrod is a billionaire playboy who drinks and screws his way through life. Kinley is a hard-working grad student whose flat was just placed on the market. Oh, and Jerrod’s dad’s assistant. Jerrod’s dad who just cut him off with the ultimatum to get a job and settle down. The sparks fly immediately when Jerrod and Kinley first meet and it was a rollercoaster from there. The push and pull of these two characters was intense, sweet, funny, and sexy. I loved getting to know Jerrod and the pain he hides with the boozes and chipping away to the man underneath. It’s always the most “troubled” ones that are the most sensitive. I hope we see more of Jerrod and Kinley in future books of this series.

I received this book for free from the author. This is my honest review.
