Review: Cards of Love: Death by Tabatha Kiss

Category : Reviews

Synopsis:
My parents promised my soul to a god.
But he wants my heart instead.

I’ve felt him.
My whole life, I’ve felt him.

That touch on the back of my neck in an empty room.
That sound on the wind of someone saying my name.
That sinking feeling of eyes watching me in the dark.

I told myself I was crazy. It was just nerves.
My imagination playing tricks.

But he was there.
Watching. Listening. Waiting.

Until now.

Favorite Quotes:

  • Being alone isn’t always lonely. Self-reflection, discovery, acceptance. Truly knowing myself.
  • Change isn’t always a test. And tests are always something we can prepare for. Change is natural. It’s evolution, lying dormant inside of us all along.
