I’ve read several Melissa Foster books and I think that The Gritty Truth is my favorite. It’s gritty dealing is addiction recovery and an emotional journey with Ronnie accepting her scars and limitations. I also love how Melissa Foster’s series always have a built in support system with couples from previous and future books. I love Ronnie and Quincy! Both have gone through so much but are experiencing a lot of their firsts together. This is one of those stories that not only touches your heart, but also has some unexpected twists. It’s funny and sweet and I love the characters both primary and secondary.
