My Review:
Excellent story with two distinct and interwoven story lines. Complex but not confusing mystery with a bit of romance for good measure and intrigue. This book sucked me in from the very beginning.
James and Sally meet in The Cove, Oregon. Sally is on the run after her father’s murder and James, an FBI agent after Sally, is undercover as a PI investigating a couples disappearance. Sparks fly, backs are stabbed, and sanity is questioned after they meet. A warning that this book deals with different types of abuse so it may be difficult for some people to read.
