I listened to this book on the Read Me Romance podcast. I’m not familiar with either Katee Robert or this series but I followed this novella without an issue which, to me, definitely qualifies as a standalone. Their Second Chance was quick listen full of steam and sass. After listening to this book I definitely want to check out more Katee Robert’s work and more of The Thalanian Dynasty. I enjoyed the characters who were both strong and sensitive. Second-chance is one of my favorite subgenre in the romance and Their Second Chance is a great addition to this trope.
